In the very center of the oldest town in Slovenia, the boutique Mitra hotel offers 29 comfortable and stylistically unique rooms, as each room tells the story of a piece of history and tradition of the city of Ptuj. The rooms are stylistically divided up and furnished in five styles:

In addition to comfortable accommodation, the Mitra Hotel also offers its own house coffee brand “Kipertz”, which is roasted in Ptuj. You can treat yourself to it in the Kipertz Café, but we also serve it in the hotel lobby and Mithra’s garden on the second floor. To relax your mind and body, visit the “Venera” Wellness Salon, which has a Turkish and Finnish sauna, a Jacuzzi and a relaxation area. We may also arrange for our masseuse to perform a wide range of different full-body massages. To all wine lovers, we recommend a visit to the Osterberger Wine Cellar, located in the cellar of the Mitra Hotel. During the wine tasting, we try to bring to life the stories of our hotel, the city of Ptuj, and familiarize you with our region’s top-quality wines, viticulture and history. If you are in Ptuj on business, cultural or social event, we will be happy to help you organize business or social events, as the Mitra Hotel also offers two conference/event rooms. The prestigious Herberstein Salon can accommodate up to 10 people, while the larger Alojzija Strauss Salon can accommodate up to 70 participants.
